Raw Vanilla Ice Cream

This recipe can be made for your pets with our raw cream for cats & dogs. Or, make it for humans by using our pasteurized cream. Super simple, satisfying recipe. The quality of the cream counts A LOT, adding nutrition and flavor you simply can't get with other ice creams.

Ingredients
- (1 quart) 1 quart - Raw Heavy A2/A2 Cream for Cats & Dogs (Glass)
- (3 egg yolks) 1 dozen - Brown Corn & Soy Free Chicken Eggs
- (1/2 cup) Maple Syrup, 1 quart (Glass)
- (1/4 tsp) Homemade Vanilla, 4oz
- (1/2 tsp) Fine Celtic Sea Salt, 8oz
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together until well blended.
- Make to your ice cream maker's instructions.
Notes:
This will make a HARD ice cream. Once frozen, prepare to thaw for 30 minutes before serving so it can be scooped.
