Goat Cheese Deviled Eggs

Made with our own corn and soy free pastured eggs, these deviled eggs are pure luxury. We whip the rich yolks with tangy goat cheese and golden ghee for a velvety-smooth filling that is simply irresistible. This is an elevated classic guaranteed to be the most delicious appetizer on the table.

Ingredients
- (6, hard boiled) 1 dozen - Brown Honest Yolk Chicken Eggs
- (1/4 cup) Raw Plain Goat Chevre, 8oz
- (4 teaspoons) 1 pint - A2/A2 Ghee (Glass)
- (1 Tablespoon) 1 pint - Raw A2/A2 Cream (Glass)
- (2 Tablespoons - Pre-cooked chopped crumbles) No Sugar Beef Bacon
- (to taste) Fine Pink Himalayan Salt, 1lb
- (to taste) Black Pepper
- (1-2 teaspoons, minced) Chives
- (1/4 teaspoon) Smoked Paprika

- Slice the 6 hard-boiled eggs in half, lengthwise. Gently scoop out the yolks and place them in a small mixing bowl.
- Place the 12 egg white halves on your serving platter.
- Add the soft goat cheese, 4 tsp of softened ghee, and 1 Tbsp of raw heavy cream to the yolks.
- Use a fork or hand mixer to mash and whip the mixture until it is smooth and lump-free.
- Stir in the salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Spoon the mixture into a piping bag (or a resealable plastic bag with the corner snipped off) and pipe the filling neatly into the egg white halves.
- Garnish the deviled eggs with the bacon crumbles, chives, and a light dusting of smoked paprika or a pinch of cayenne pepper.
