Sous Vide Style Pastured Egg Bites

Wholesome, protein-packed, and bursting with flavor, these pastured egg bites are made with eggs from hens raised on open pastures — where they roam freely and forage naturally. Ingredients
- (1 1/2 cups) 1 pint - Raw Salted A2/A2 Cottage Cheese
- (10) 1 dozen - Brown Honest Yolk Chicken Eggs
- (4 oz, shredded) 8oz Raw A2/A2 Mild Cheddar Cheese
- (Pinch) Fine Celtic Sea Salt, 8oz
- (Pinch) Ground Black Pepper
Directions
- Start by preheating the oven to 350F.
- In a blender add in the eggs, salt/pepper, cheddar cheese and cottage cheese and blend on high for 20-30 seconds.
- Place a silicone muffin tin on a baking sheet, Or you can use small mason jars, just make sure they are heavily greased (buttered/avocado oil) so you can remove them easily.
- Add the egg mixture 3/4 way in each muffin cup.
- Carefully position the baking dish with the muffin pan on a lower oven rack. Fill the baking tray with boiling water up to halfway.
- Bake without opening the oven for at least 25 minutes or up to 30 minutes. Monitor closely.
- Allow them to rest for 5 minutes before enjoying.
- Store in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Defrost in the fridge and reheat in the microwave if frozen. Enjoy!
