Ingredients
- (3lbs) Chicken Wings
- (2 Tbsp) 1 pint - A2/A2 Ghee (Glass)
- (4 Tbsp) Maple Syrup, 1 quart (Glass)
- (2 Tbsp) 1lb Unsalted A2/A2 Butter
- (1/2-1tsp) Cayenne Powder
- (2 tsp) Arrowroot Powder
- (1 Tbsp, freshly squeezed) Lime Juice
- (2 tsp) Tamari
- (1 tsp) Hot Sauce
- (1 tsp) Garlic Powder
- (1 tsp) Ginger Powder
- (1 tsp) Fine Celtic Sea Salt, 8oz
- (1 tsp) Black Pepper

- Preheat the oven to 400°F
- Whisk the sauce ingredients together in a small bowl and set aside. (Taste and adjust to your liking).
- Dry the chicken wings thoroughly with paper towels to remove as much excess moisture as possible.
- Add wings to a baking sheet 1" apart and brush lightly with melted ghee.
- Bake for 50-55 mins.
- Carefully remove the wings from the oven and brush with sauce (reserve some sauce for dipping or to drizzle over the wings when serving).
- Set the oven to broil and cook wings for a few more minutes. Watch closely and remove once caramelized (4-5 mins).
Sauce Ingredients
4 Tbsp maple syrup
2 Tbsp A2/A2 butter, melted
1/2-1 tsp cayenne powder
2 tsp arrowroot powder
1 Tbsp lime juice
2 tsp tamari
1 tsp hot sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ginger powder
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp black pepper
Notes
• Garnish with cilantro, green onions, or sesame seeds.
• If you prefer a less spicy sauce, reduce the cayenne pepper.
