A classic soup revamped into a nutrient dense Miller's approved wholesome meal! This soup combines delicious corn & soy free ground pork, fresh Tuscan kale, organic Yukon gold potatoes and...I saved the best for last...BEEF BONE BROTH!

Ingredients
- (1 pound) Ground Pork
- (2 1/2 cups) 1 quart - Beef Bone Broth
- (3 medium) Yukon Gold Potatoes (2lb)
- (1/2 medium) Candy Onions (2lb)
- (2 1/2 cups) 1/2 Gallon - Whole A2/A2 Cow Milk
- (2 tablespoons) 1lb Unsalted A2/A2 Butter
- (2 cloves) Garlic (8oz)
- (1/2 pound) Tuscan Kale
- (2 cloves) Garlic (8oz)
- (2 teaspoons) Fine Celtic Sea Salt, 8oz
- (2 teaspoons) Ground Black Pepper
Directions
Preparation:
- Chop your veggies: Onion-diced, garlic-minced, potatoes- medium cube, kale-remove from stem and rough chop.
- In a medium size soup/Dutch oven toss in your butter, onion and garlic. Sauté on medium heat until they become translucent.
- Add in your thawed out ground pork and salt and pepper
- While the pork is cooking, make sure you mash it up into smaller pieces with a spatula or wooden spoon or if you have one of those fancy hamburger smashers use that! This is necessary so you don't have larger chunks in your soup.
- Add in your beef bone broth and milk, cover with a lid and let sit for 5 minutes.
- Add in your cubed potatoes, cover and cook for 20 minutes
- Remove the lid and add in your kale, cover with lid for another 20 minutes.
- Serve with your favorite crusty bread & A2/A2 butter
*Crumbled bacon is also a yummy addition to this soup!
