Creamy Caesar Dressing

Delicious creamy Caesar dressing that can be used over a salad, with a burger, on a sandwich or it also makes a great dip!

Ingredients
- (2 egg yolks) 1 dozen - Brown Corn & Soy Free Chicken Eggs
- (1/3 cup, melted) 1 pint - A2/A2 Ghee (Glass)
- (1/3 cup) 1 quart - Greek A2/A2 Yogurt
- (4 whole fillets, smashed) Anchovy Fillets
- (1 Tbsp) Dijon Mustard
- (1/4 tsp) Worcestershire Sauce
- (4-5 medium cloves, smashed) 8oz - White Garlic
- (1/2 medium lemon, juiced) Lemon
- (1/4 cup, grated) Parmesan or Kidchego Cheese
- (1/2 tsp) Fine Celtic Sea Salt, 8oz
- (1/4 tsp, freshly grated) Black pepper

Instructions
- Combine raw eggs in a food processor until smooth.
- Keep the food processor running and drizzle in the melted ghee slowly. (This will take a few minutes).
- Once all the ghee is combined add all the other ingredients until smooth.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour to thicken before serving. If too thick add a little water and whisk.
Notes
Add extra dijon, lemon, cheese or Worcestershire sauce for a richer flavor.
Store in a glass mason jar with lid for up to 7 days in the fridge.
