Delicious crunchy granola sweetened with pure maple syrup and toasted macadamia nuts. It's a tasty satisfying treat made with real healthy ingredients.

Ingredients
- (2 cups) Organic Pre-Soaked Rolled Oats, 2lb
- (1/2 cup, roughly chopped) Raw Hawaiian Macadamia Nuts, 8oz
- (1/4 cup) Pumpkin Seeds
- (1/4 cup) Sunflower Seeds
- (1 Tablespoon) 1 pint - A2/A2 Ghee (Glass)
- (3 Tablespoons) Maple Syrup, 1 Pint (Glass)
- (1 teaspoon) Homemade Vanilla, 4oz
- (1/4 teaspoon) Fine Celtic Sea Salt, 8oz
- ((Optional) sprinkle) Cinnamon Powder

Instructions
- Place the macadamia nuts and seeds in a large skillet.
- Heat over medium-low heat (stirring often) for a few minutes until they become lightly toasted and fragrant (about 3 mins).
- Add the oats and salt to the pan and continue mixing for a few more minutes until the oats are fragrant and take on a slightly darker hue (about 2-3mins).
- Remove the skillet from the heat.
- Create an opening in the center of the mixture in the skillet.
- Place the ghee into this opening and allow it to melt.
- Drizzle the maple syrup and vanilla over the melted ghee.
- Gradually stir the oat mixture into the syrupy oil until all ingredients are thoroughly coated and well combined.
- Return the skillet to the heat for about a minute, stirring continuously, then take it off the heat again.
- Set aside to cool completely at room temperature.
- Once cooled, transfer the granola to an airtight jar or container for storage. Stays fresh for about 2 weeks.
