Maple Macadamia Granola
Delicious crunchy granola sweetened with pure maple syrup and toasted macadamia nuts. It's a tasty satisfying treat made with real healthy ingredients.

  1. Place the macadamia nuts and seeds in a large skillet. 
  2. Heat over medium-low heat (stirring often) for a few minutes until they become lightly toasted and fragrant (about 3 mins).
  3. Add the oats and salt to the pan and continue mixing for a few more minutes until the oats are fragrant and take on a slightly darker hue (about 2-3mins).
  4. Remove the skillet from the heat.
  5. Create an opening in the center of the mixture in the skillet. 
  6. Place the ghee into this opening and allow it to melt. 
  7. Drizzle the maple syrup and vanilla over the melted ghee. 
  8. Gradually stir the oat mixture into the syrupy oil until all ingredients are thoroughly coated and well combined.
  9. Return the skillet to the heat for about a minute, stirring continuously, then take it off the heat again.
  10. Set aside to cool completely at room temperature. 
  11. Once cooled, transfer the granola to an airtight jar or container for storage. Stays fresh for about 2 weeks. 

This recipe Makes 3 1/4 cups of granola

Serving Suggestions

Enjoy this delicious granola with milk as a cereal, stir it into your favorite kefir or yogurt, or sprinkle it generously over ice cream for a delightful treat!

Optional - add cinnamon or nutmeg, coconut, dried fruits or chocolate chips.
