Beef Meatballs

Grass fed beef meatballs that the whole family will enjoy! Perfect for a comforting pasta meal.
These can also be served as appetizers with your favorite sauce or added to a cozy soup.

Ingredients
- (1LB) Ground Beef
- (1/4 cup) Einkorn Bread Crumbs, 8oz
- (1 egg yolk) 1 dozen - Brown Corn & Soy Free Chicken Eggs
- (2 Tbsp) 1/2 gallon - A2/A2 Whole Heritage Milk
- (1 Tbsp) 1 pint - A2/A2 Ghee (Glass)
- (1/4 cup) Parmesan Cheese
- (3 Tbsp, chopped) Basil
- (1 clove, finely chopped) 8oz - White Garlic
- (1 Tbsp, diced) 1lb - Yellow Onions
- (1 tsp) Fine Celtic Sea Salt, 8oz
- (1 tsp) Black Pepper
Directions
- Add breadcrumbs to a small bowl and pour the milk over. Soak for 5 minutes.
- Add egg yolk, cheese, garlic, onion, basil, salt, and pepper to the bowl and mash together to form a paste.
- Use a cookie scoop to portion the mixture and roll lightly into balls (approximately 12-14 meatballs).
- Add 1 Tbsp Ghee to a skillet over medium-high heat. Once the pan is hot, add as many meatballs as will fit in the pan without crowding.
- Brown the meatballs on all sides. Cover the pan. Lower the heat and continue cooking until the meatballs are firm and cooked through (155-160°on an instant read thermometer) which should take about 15 minutes total.
- Serve warm meatballs over your favorite pasta with marinara. These can also be served as appetizers with your favorite sauce or added to soup.
