Ingredients
- (1#) Ground Turkey
- (2) 1 dozen - Brown Honest Yolk Chicken Eggs
- (1 cup, shredded) 8oz A2/A2 Mozzarella Pressed Cheese
- (1 cup, shredded) 8oz Raw A2/A2 Fresh Gouda Cheese
- (3 cooked, removed from the casing) Pork Sicilian-Style Hot Italian Sausage Links
- (3 strips, cooked) No Sugar Canadian Bacon
- (Pinch) Fine Pink Himalayan Salt, 1lb
- (Pinch) Dried Oregano
- (Pinch) Dried Rosemary
- (Sprinkle) Fresh Parsley
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F. If you’re using a pizza stone, preheat for 20 minutes.
In a bowl, mix the ground meat with egg and salt until well combined. Press the mixture into a thin, even circle on parchment paper, about ¼ inch thick. Bake for 12–15 minutes until cooked through and lightly browned. Remove from the oven and carefully drain excess fat.
While the crust bakes, grate your cheese, remove sausage from casing and sauté, and cube and cook your bacon.
Add mozzarella cheese, then layer on sausage, bacon, and dried herbs to crust.
Return to the oven at 425°F and bake until the cheese is melted and bubbly, about 8–10 minutes. Broil briefly if desired for color.
Let rest for a few minutes before slicing. Add parsley. Serve hot.
